Sunshine and blossom around the canal basin at Crinan at the start of April 2019
Spring flowers are in full bloom all around the village at Crinan. Here on the edge of Argyll, sheltered by the mountains, we have only had a little snow recently – just enough to add an attractive dusting to the surrounding hills. It’s all very picturesque, traffic is flowing freely and Crinan is open for business!
Visit the Crinan Hotel website to find details of our Special Offers including our “3 Nights for the Price of 2” offer and our special last minute rates.
Come out to join us at Crinan Hotel where Spring has started with some lovely weather. The magnolia and the large rhododendron in the Hotel’s Secret Garden are just coming into bloom.
The fresh seafood is fantastic at the moment and the fishing is much easier on days like this. And the local fishermen are bringing in plenty of fantastic local jumbo prawns which are landed less than 100 yards from our kitchens daily – minimum food miles and maximum freshness! Our chefs have been dreaming up new ways to offer some of the local produce – you must try our new “Fruits de Mer” Seafood sharing platter for 2. You can see sample menus here: www.crinanhotel.com/en/food-drink/ Crinan Hotel’s coffee shop is also now open for the new season.
We have seen a few boats out for the first sail of the season. And there is a new exhibition of Crinan drawings and paintings by Ross Ryan in the Gallery.
A special 50% off deal is available on some rooms in early April 2019 while availability lasts.
Also during April, you can get a 3 nights for the price of 2 bargain if you stay during the week.
We look forward to welcoming you to Crinan – come and see us soon!
