Sheila Fleet Jewellery
Sheila Fleet has developed a reputation around the world for her distinctive designs in silver, gold and platinum. At the heart of these is her love for Orkney, her home since birth.
Sheila Fleet Jewellery has grown steadily since opening in 1993, thanks to Sheila's vision and her enduring ability to create beautiful jewellery that is treasured by her customers. In 2013 Sheila was awarded an OBE in the New Years Honours List for services to the jewellery industry and, a year later, received an honorary degree from Edinburgh College of Art.
Sheila Fleet Jewellery are proud to collaborate with Luxury Scotland to showcase the very best of Scotland.
What to expect
Sheila Fleet Jewellery are honoured and delighted to be able to offer customers items made in Scottish Gold. The jeweller is one of only two companies in the world authorised to make and sell Scottish Gold from Cononish Gold Mine, Scotland's only commercial gold mine.
All of Sheila’s jewellery is designed, made, finished and packaged at her workshop in Orkney. Each piece bears the maker's mark SD (Dearness is Sheila’s maiden name) and a hallmark from the Edinburgh Assay Office, demonstrating that it has been independently quality tested for fineness.
You can view Sheila's collections in four retail locations across Scotland: two in Orkney (The Kirk Gallery & Café and Kirkwall Gallery), her Edinburgh Gallery in charming Stockbridge, and her Glasgow Gallery in Princes Square on Buchanan Street. Work is also in progress on Sheila's latest project: her St Andrews Gallery, coming soon to the Kingdom of Fife.
