This thrilling, two-night journey through the Scottish Highlands is hosted by Chef Tom Kitchen. Tom is the founder of The Kitchen, the flagship restaurant in Edinburgh where a 'From Nature to Plate' philosophy reflects his passion for the finest, freshest Scottish produce. Tom Kitchen's cuisine showcases both his training under some of the world's greatest chefs and his proud Scottish heritage.

  • luxury accommodation aboard the Royal Scotsman train for two nights, with 24 hour steward service.
