Sunday lunch at The Torridon
Take a trip to stunning Wester Ross and enjoy a very special Sunday lunch prepared by chef Danny and his team and served in our cosy brasserie, Bo & Muc.
Bo & Muc gets its name from the Gaelic words for pig and cow. Located next to the former stables, Bo & Muc was the old buttery and dairy to the farm on the resort.
At Bo & Muc we believe in using seasonal and local produce with our field to fork approach, including our very own pork and Highland beef from the Torridon Farm, and vegetables, salads, fruits and herbs from the two-acre Victorian Kitchen garden. We also love showcasing other Scottish producers and products, especially local shellfish, resort game, cheesemakers and Highland farms.
Each ingredient is chosen to craft a mouthwatering menu, weaving a tapestry of authentic Scottish flavours.
