During January, the long awaited film ‘Mary Queen of Scots” premiers throughout Scotland.
It explores the turbulent life of Mary Stuart, Queen of France at 16, widowed at 18 and her return to Scotland to reclaim her rightful throne. A story of betrayal, rebellion, and conspiracies that changes the course of history, the film highlights the amazing locations and film connections that Scotland has.
Within Luxury Scotland there are historic connection with Borthwick Castle and Kinross Estate as well as strong ties to Edinburgh where guests at the Sheraton Grand Hotel & Spa and The Radisson Royal Mile will be well placed to walk in Mary’s footsteps and discover more.
