Discover Inverlochy Castle’s new accommodation

Luxury Scotland members Inverlochy Castle have recently overhauled their historic stable block, creating eight beautiful new rooms and suites at the Fort William-based estate.

Given that the stables are listed it’s been quite the undertaking, and renovations have been sympathetically carried out to retain the original character of the building.

Each of these freshly renovated spaces has either a balcony or terrace from which to admire the views of the recently restored, idyllic walled garden and dramatic mountain scenery beyond.

The rooms and suites have been named in honour of those who, in the past, have nurtured close connections with the castle, including former owner KC Chai, Michelin-star chef Albert Roux Jr, and Clelland Barrie, who was castle pianist for 15 years.

Set within the 500-acre estate close to the main castle building, approximately a 10-minute walk, the rooms are styled to echo the character of the décor inside the rest of the hotel.

Treat yourself to a winter break

Right now, Inverlochy Castle are offering a special winter break package so guests can come and experience these beautiful new rooms for themselves.

The package includes accommodation, breakfast and dinner from the tasting menu in either the Seasgair Dining Room or at the Mary Shaw shared dining experience table. It’s available from £525 per room per night for a small Walled Garden Room.

The area surrounding Inverlochy Castle is rich in dramatic landscapes and history. To name but a few of these breathtaking places – from Inverlochy you can explore the nearby falls at Glen Nevis, the monument at Glenfinnan and the mountains of Glencoe.

This offer is subject to availability, so we recommend locking in your stay as soon as possible!
