Mother's Day Treats at Kinloch Lodge

When it comes to Sunday lunch, Kinloch Lodge believes simple is best; a traditional roast, a relaxing drink or two and feet up beside a log fire.....heaven! And for mums this Mother's Day there's a complimentary glass of fizz and a delicious bag of homemade fudge to take home. For those who don't live locally, or who really want to spoil their mum, there's a discounted Sleepover rate which includes lunch, gin tasting, light supper and Kinloch's award-winning breakfast.

On the menu you'll find a twist on traditional favourites like Prawn Cocktail made with Isle of Skye langoustine and West Coast Crab. Highland favourites like Black Isle lamb take the star turn on the main courses, served with all the trimmings of course, while classics like Chocolate Brownie and a Cheese board make up the final course.

Guests are invited to arrive early to work up an appetite with a walk around the garden or through the forest and over Kinloch Hill where the views across the Sound of Sleat are truly magnificent. Afterwards relax with the Sunday papers in front of a roaring fire in one of three charming drawing rooms furnished with historic paintings and family antiques. Enjoy a gin tasting celebrating Scotland's Island Gins.
