Alain Roux, chef patron of the three Michelin-starred restaurant The Waterside Inn, joins his old friend Andrew Fairlie at Gleneagles to create a gastronomic experience that celebrates the finest Scottish seafood and game, at the peak of the season.

With a six-course menu that showcases sensational Scottish produce, the event includes a Champagne and canapé reception, wine pairings for each course and a signed copy of Michel Roux’s new book.
