Decadent dinner hosted by Moët & Chandon
Scotland’s first floating hotel Fingal has partnered with Moët & Chandon to offer guests the ultimate exclusive night of dining indulgence. On 27th July Ethan Boroian, Champagne Ambassador for Moët & Chandon, will guide diners through a tasting of the Moët & Chandon Grand Vintage Collection, composed of a selection of unique and rare wines from 1892 to today.
Diners will delight in the cuisine, meticulously paired with the flavours of the Champagne, provided by Fingal’s Head Chef, Brendan Will. With a sparkling Belvedere Spritz to start, then a sumptuous four-course dinner, each diner will receive a glass from each of the following vintages: Moët & Chandon Grand Vintage Blanc 2012, Grand Vintage Rosé 2012, Grand Vintage Blanc 2009 and Grand Vintage Rosé 2008.
A Hennessy Cognac will end the meal but diners need not depart at the end of the evening, as they are invited to stay on board in a Classic Cabin and then wake up to a full Scottish breakfast the next day.
The Moët & Chandon experience is available on-board Fingal on Saturday 27th July 2019 from £550 per couple. Book Now.
