Featured Hotels - As We See It

The Boath House, Nairn – “Every once in awhile you come across a small boutique property that just gets it!  The Boath House have the loveliest rooms, a great exclusive spa and perhaps my favorite restaurant in all of Scotland featuring the great menu by Charlie Lockley.”Bill Hogan – President – Wide World of Golf

Marcliffe at Pitfodels Hotel & Spa, Aberdeen  – “At the end of the trip people always comment on how great their stay was at ‘the funny sounding boutique hotel in Aberdeen’ and there is no wonder why, the service and accommodations are excellent.”Euan Findlay – Scotland Manager – Wide World of Golf

The Old Course Hotel, St Andrews – “I often grade hotels as good, better or best and The Old Course Hotel in St Andrews is clearly ‘the best’ in St Andrews.  The millions that Herb Kohler has spent on renovations has this property really shining.”Mike Lardner - Chairman – Wide World of Golf

Featured Golf Courses

Royal Dornoch or Nairn – your choice is Nairn, a classic links near the hotel and former Walker Cup site with perhaps the best putting surfaces in Scotland, versus picking Royal Dornoch, about a 75 minute drive north but ranked in the World Top 20.  Either way, a great option!

Cruden Bay or Royal Aberdeen - your choice this day is the beautiful and quirky Cruden Bay, with seaside blind shots and elevated tees, or the more traditional links at Royal Aberdeen, the sixth oldest course in the world.

St Andrews Old Course – quite simply, this day will be a highlight of your golfing life.

Kingsbarns – Built in 2000, this course opened to rave reviews and is always listed among favorites when our customers return.  It looks like it’s been there 100 years, but is longer and tougher than most links. A real gem!
