Fine Dining at The Torridon Restaurant

    

With over 50 acres of wooded grounds and lochside foreshore to explore there is every chance you will have a good appetite at Torridon.


The Torridon Restaurant is a 3 AA rossette fine dining establishment offering a five course table d'hote menu prepared by award winning chef Bruno Birckbeck - one of only a handful of chefs to appear in the 2011 Great British Menu TV series.

The food at The Torridon is of the highest quality in both taste and presentation. It is all due to the supreme care and attention of Head Chef, Jason Bruno Birkbeck along with Emma and the team who provide breakfast, lunch and dinner plus special occasion food to the highest standard seven days a week.

    

Working with local suppliers, Bruno ensures that the quality of produce delivered to the back door are of the highest order - his modern Scottish cooking is the perfect showcase for the fabulous regional produce.

Torridon's front of house team are always on hand to recommend the best matching wine for your selections from the menu from the well appointed wine list. Following your meal enjoy petites fours and a digestif in our award winning and very relaxing whisky bar where over 300 whiskies should satisfy even the most enthusiastic whisky connoisseur.

Footnote: There is a fruit and vegetable garden at The Torridon which extends to two acres in size and is lovingly cared for by head gardener Les Bates. The garden provides seasonal crops of apples, blackberries, raspberries, potatoes and carrots and other vegetables as well as a wide selection of herbs. These are all actively used in the kitchen, bringing fresh food and unique tastes to the table. Many of the cut flowers seen in the hotel come from the hotel garden.
