to one of Scotland's greatest exports - cashmere. With an abundance
of cashmere adorning the walls complemented with the finest silks
and magnificent black walnut panelling, the suite is an experience
that will never be forgotten.

The bathroom has a huge, contemporary,
curved limestone bath for at least two people, his and hers plasma
screens, a walk in multi jet power shower, mirrors backed with
heated pads to prevent condensation, underfloor heating and a
plethora of Molton Brown products for pure indulgence.

Consisting
of a bedroom with two double four-poster beds, a dressing room,
a magnificent sitting room with doors that open to the gardens
and rolling Border countryside and the aforementioned bathroom
that almost defies description, The Cashmere Suite has 100 metres
of fine cashmere on the walls from Holland and Sherry who are
based in Peebles, and fine silk curtains.

There is a library to
satisfy your every mood and if you wish to watch a film then choose
from one of the 300 available.

There are numerous different light
settings available from the control panel to suit every mood.
And the cost
of the Cashmere Suite? Under £600 for two people, and that includes all meals,
use of the spa facilities and even champagne and chocolates on
arrival.
