St Andrews Links Trust

St Andrews Links is recognised the world over as the 'Home of Golf'.

The St Andrews Links Trust is a charitable organisation established in 1974 by an Act of Parliament.

Entrusted with the operation and maintenance of the golf courses and facilities on the Links the Trust is committed to maintaining the best traditions of golf at St Andrews, satisfying golfing expectations and providing facilities of the highest standards.

All surplus income generated by the Links are directed back into maintaining and developing the courses and facilities.

All six courses are public and there are five 18 hole courses to suit golfers of all abilities. The sixth course, the Balgove, is a nine-hole course primarily for children and beginners.
