private rooms in Scotland accommodate up to 16, 30 or 50 guests, while
exclusive use of Rhubarb, the restaurant at Prestonfield, accommodates
up to 100 guests in the very grandest style.

Stuart Room
If ever a room was rich, ripe and dissolute then the Stuart Room is it,
with its dramatic red, black and gold decor and spectacular baronial thrones
- a sumptuous room seating up to 16 guests in the most theatrically decadent
setting.Seats
16 Boardroom style.
Italian Room
With bold panelling and a panorama of painted scenes from an eighteenth-century
Italian Grand Tour, this magical room was the original dining room where
Boswell and Johnson were entertained and its star-studded reputation as
a very special place to entertain continues today. Seats
18 Boardroom, 24 as a horseshoe, 30 on circular tables and 35 for receptions.
Garden Room
Bright and elegant, this is the largest and most flexible of Prestonfield's
private rooms with its charming hand-painted chinoiserie walls and French
doors onto a private terrace. Masses of space and a discreet location
make the Garden ideal for weddings and meetings or corporate events too.
Seats up to 50 on circular tables, 60 theatre-style or 70 for receptions.
