Prestonfield is just over an hour's flight from London and is just nine miles from Edinburgh airport with it's many international flights, whilst miles the rail station with connections to all mainline services is minutes away. Guests driving will find ample free parking at Prestonfield.

Transfers by Prestonfield's car and driver are available to guests subject to availability and can be booked in advance.

By Rail
We are a five-minute taxi ride from Edinburgh's Waverley Station

By Air
Edinburgh Airport is 9 miles away.

By Road from South or East. Take the Sherriffhall exit of the A720 city bypass and follow signs A7 to City Centre. At Cameron Toll roundabout, follow signs to Old Town and proceed up Dalkeith Road. At the third Set of traffic lights, turn right into Priestfield Road, where you will find the gates of Prestonfield a few hundred metres on your left.

By Road from the Royal Mile. Turn off the Royal Mile at St. Mary's Street and cross the junction with the Cowgate, proceeding along the Pleasance. Soon you'll pass the Royal Commonwealth Pool on your left. At the next traffic lights, turn left into Priestfield Road, where you will find the gates of Prestonfield a few hundred metres on your left.
