Magical wines come from our award-winning cellars, whilst the slickest service delivers some of the most accomplished cooking in Scotland, in a setting worthy of grand opera.

Exceptional cooking demands exceptional Scottish produce, so a dedicated range of hand-picked artisan suppliers ensure that Rhubarb's inventive menus feature not just the best cooking available but the best ingredients too! All are delivered in Rhubarb's flavoursome, fuss-free style.


First introduced to this country here at Prestonfield, you'll find rhubarb's cultivation celebrated with our famed assiette of rhubarb desserts, whilst the dishes below should give you a fuller picture of Rhubarb's cuisine - though you'll find none served with custard!
