Pool House
Food & Drink
The dining room at Pool House is called ‘North by North West - named after the hotel’s geographical position. Located close to the river and the sea, guests can often observe seals, otters and a wide variety of birds whilst dining.
Full dinner is available twice a week, with informal dining available on the other evenings such as platters of fresh locally caught seafood and shellfish. There is also a delightful barbecue house for al fresco dining overlooking the bay.
In the summer evenings the dining room is illuminated by the vivid colours of the glorious sunsets for which Scotland’s west coast is famed for.
