Jumbo Russian Red King Crab

This year when salmon fishing in Russia, owner Stewart Spence was served the finest shellfish he had ever experienced. After a lot of research he found a supplier in London via the processor in Murmansk . The crabs are caught in the Barents Sea off Northern Russia. The king crab fishery creates some of the largest king crab in the world, so its make worth making the journey to the less frozen north of Aberdeen to sample!
