Castleton House Hotel, by Glamis is offering exclusive use of their romantic and elegant country house in the heart of the Angus countryside. This two-night package – available to parties of 12 guests – is priced at just £5,000. Perfect for a large group of friends to get a way from it all – this gives the group the opportunity to occupy all six bedrooms at Castleton and enjoy the hospitality and relaxed atmosphere of this enchanting property.

As guests arrive mid afternoon and check in they will enjoy scones and cakes for tea. Later on canapés will be served early evening before amuse bouche and a three course dinner menu made by Castleton’s head chef Kevin MacGillivrary, using only the best of locally sourced quality produce from around Scotland. To finish guests can linger over tea / coffee and homemade petit fours, before retiring to the bar for after dinner drinks.

The following day there is plenty to see and do in Angus and the surrounding area and after a hearty breakfast, there are plenty of walks in the vicinity or fishing on several stretches of water close to Castleton. Guests can either chose to take a picnic or have lunch back at Castleton. 

The burghs of Perth, Dundee and St Andrews are all close by – with impressive histories and buildings relating to arts, industry, academia and culture to explore. In the evening dinner is included once again and this time will be taken in the formal dining room, the perfect place for the guests final night of hospitality.

This package doesn’t include entertainment and drinks. For interested parties the confirmation and guarantee of the booking must be given 14 days in advance when a non refundable deposit of £100 will also be taken.
