This exceptional event will see Michel’s son Alain Roux – chef patron of the UK’s longest-standing three Michelin-starred restaurant The Waterside Inn – join his old friend Andrew Fairlie to create a gastronomic experience that celebrates the finest Scottish seafood and game, at the peak of the season.
With a six-course menu that showcases this sensational Scottish produce, the event includes a Champagne and canapé reception, wine pairings for each course and a signed copy of Michel’s new book.
This experience is available to our loyal newsletter subscribers at £425 per person, with a maximum of four adults per booking. Please note: seating is on a Captain’s Table format; tickets are extremely limited and are available on a first-come, first-served. For this reason reservations are by email only.
Due to the unique nature of the menu no special dietary requirements will be accommodated. A full (non-refundable) prepayment is required at time of booking.
