The Restaurant at Kinloch Lodge is Skye's only Michelin-starred restaurant and is also one of only seven restaurants in Scotland to be awarded the Michelin Guide's Red Grape for their wine list. |
| The kitchen team is headed up by resident head chef Marcello Tully who works very closely with Claire ensuring that the menus reflect their mutual passion for the finest local and seasonal food.
Guests at Kinloch enjoy some truly outstanding produce from Scotland's rich seasonal larder including local poultry, game and shellfish, hot smoked salmon from South Uist, and Buccleuch Estate beef.
