~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~Day 1Arrive Edinburgh Airport where you will be met by Little’s Chauffeur Drive and taken to your hotel, where you will stay for two nights. Check into a whisky themed suite at The Glasshouse or the lavishly restored, decadent Prestonfield. Optional afternoon visit to The Scotch Malt Whisky Society Vaults in Leith. Dinner is taken in Rhubarb, the restaurant of Prestonfield. Day 2After breakfast, travel with Little’s Chauffeur Drive to Glenkinchie, a small distillery in the beautiful East Lothian countryside, lunch will be taken at Greywalls, one of the earliest country house hotels designed by Sir Edwin Lutyens in 1901. The afternoon is spent at The Scotch Whisky Experience in Edinburgh where you will discover the aromas and flavours that appeal to your palate and lead you to your perfect Single Malt Whisky. Day 3Transfer to Gleneagles with Little’s Chauffeur Drive where you will stay for one night. In the afternoon visit The Famous Grouse Distillery Experience. After your return to the hotel there will be an evening whisky nosing in The Still Room at Gleneagles prior to dinner in the only restaurant in Scotland with two Michelin stars- Andrew Fairlie. Day 4Travel with Little’s Chauffeur Drive to Glengoyne Distillery who will provide you with a unique personalized bottle of whisky and thereafter to Hotel du Vin at One Devonshire Gardens where you can visit the Whisky Snug with its choice of over 300 whiskies. Dinner is taken in the hotel. Day 5Travel with Little’s Chauffeur Drive to Bladnoch Distillery and thereafter to Knockinaam Lodge, the house featured in John Buchan’s Book, The 39 Steps, where you can savour a whisky or two in the lovely little wood panelled Whisky Bar. Dinner will be taken in the Michelin starred restaurant in the hotel. Day 6Transfer to County Antrim, Ireland and check in at The Bushmills Inn Hotel, where you will stay for two nights, the home of the world’s oldest distillery. Dinner is taken in the hotel. Day 7Visit The Bushmills Distillery and learn the secrets of 400 years of distilling at the home of Irish Whiskey and in the afternoon, if you wish, play The Royal Portrush Golf Course. Day 8Transfer to Dublin and check into The Merrion Hotel where you will stay for three nights. The afternoon is free to explore Dublin. Dinner is taken in the hotel. Day 9After breakfast, visit The Old Jameson Distillery Experience in Dublin. After lunch take a guided tour of the city with your chauffeur, stopping off at the places you want to explore. In the evening, dinner and entertainment is provided at the Irish House Party, set in a magnificent 18th Century Georgian townhouse in leafy and historic Dublin 4, The Irish House Party is a traditional Irish music and dance show Day 10The day is free to explore Dublin with your chauffeur.
