Sometimes it is those little extra thoughts that make the world of difference and, at Castleton, if we can help please just ask. Some of our regular requests include:

• A selection of Castleton's homemade chocolate truffles
• Strawberries or Champagne ready in the room on arrival
• Presents or bouquets delivered to the hotel to be presented or put in the room
• Hampers filled with fine food and wine to take on a romantic Picnic
• A local beauty therapist will visit the hotel for treatments such as make-up, manicures, pedicures and head massage.
• Cakes of various sizes and decoration
• To be chauffeur driven to and from the hotel, a service that raises money for local charities.

Without compromising on any of the standards that we pride ourselves on, a wonderful occasion can be design to your wishes and specifications so that it remains your own tailormade party.

Castleton is one of the first venues to hold a licence permitting civil marriage ceremonies outwith registry offices following amendments made in 2002 to the marriage Scotland Act. Please contact the hotel to arrange a convenient time to discuss your plans with Verity Nicholson / Elspeth Watson
