Business
facilities: The conference and banqueting venues vary from
decorative meeting rooms and elegant boardrooms to the splendid
Caledonia Suite accommodating up to 3,000 delegates, ideal for
larger conferences and banquets. All are highly equipped, with
the majority enhanced by natural daylight and spectacular views
of the coastline. With over 14 flexible rooms, Turnberry has a
great selection of venues to choose from and a comprehensive business
support service to back them up. The Caledonia is an impressive
venue and is capable of hosting up to 280 delegates theatre-style.
Full of natural daylight, the Caledonia can also be divided in
two and features a unique conservatory which is ideal for informal
discussion between sessions. The Caledonia also has a dedicated
business office and 12 syndicate rooms.
The
Croy Room, in the heart of the Lodges development, is a pleasant
light-filled room capable of hosting up to 60 people. Perfect
for guests who want to make full use of the Lodges, it can be
divided into two self-contained meeting areas. The Croy also has
its own break-out area for light refreshments and buffet lunches.
The
Lodges themselves are ideal for private meetings or for corporate
entertainment and come complete with en suite bedrooms, lounge
and dining area. Other meeting venues include a choice of areas
within the hotel itself, the Clubhouse and the Colin Montgomerie
Links Golf Academy.
The flexible 24 hour meeting package with overnight accommodation,
lunch and a sumptuous three course dinner starts from £245
per person* . The teambuilding options are equally inspired, with
the choice of enjoying either playing 18 holes of golf on the
championship Kintyre course, a one-hour clinic at The Colin Montgomerie
Links Golf Academy, three exciting outdoor activities, or a 55-minute
Spa treatment per person.

includes half-day meeting room hire, overnight stay in a Classic
single room, a two course lunch, a three course dinner, full Scottish

From a small private dinner to a celebratory dinner for 260, Turnberry

Internationally renowned cuisine, prepared by our team of award
winning chefs, can be served in a variety of elegant dining rooms
throughout the resort. Traditional French cuisine in the modern
manner is the style of food that prevails in the Hotel Restaurant,
together with a healthy helping of classical Scottish dishes.
Team bonding/relaxation: Turnberry has excellent golf opportunities;
the Ailsa (host to three Open Championships) and the highly acclaimed
Kintyre course, the superb nine hole Arran course, plus outstanding

Case Study - The Weir Group
The Weir Group PLC is one of the world's largest engineering companies,
making and servicing pumping equipment for a diverse range of
industries. The Group held its first ever conference of all Managing
Directors and Presidents from its 30+ companies around the world
at The Turnberry Resort in December 2001. Since then, The
Weir Group PLC have held the event at the resort on no fewer than
four occasions.

Weir Group has held their annual company conference at Turnberry
