The circular Georgian stables ballroom can host launches, televised awards ceremonies and dinners for up to 500 guests in red velvet and gilt splendour. The ballroom is totally flexible and its layout suits launches even for the great car marques.

Recent events include the televised Glenfiddich Spirit of Scotland awards with recent winners including Ewan Macgregor and Colin Montgomery. Stuart Room, The Italian Room and The Garden Room are three ravishingly decorated private dining rooms which offer unique and wonderful settings for celebratory lunches, dinners or meetings. Dining: Prestonfield's Rhubarb has become a destination restaurant in Edinburgh and can be exclusively booked for up to 100 guests. This indulgent and opulent location was the venue chosen by the President of MTV to host a dinner for the entire cast of the MTV Music awards - with guests ranging from Dido, The Darkness and Vin Diesel to Graydon Carter and Minnie Driver.

Transport: Prestonfield is just over an hour's flight from London and is just nine miles from Edinburgh airport with it's many international flights. The rail station with connections to all mainline services is minutes away. Prestonfield also boasts Edinburgh's only city-centre helipad.
