Myres
is a luxurious 16th century exclusive-use castle set within
a 44-acre estate on the east coast of Scotland in Fife.
Recently
refurbished to a very high standard, the castle can accommodate
up to 18 guests in nine very individual en suite bedrooms.

Business
facilities: The Muchty Room, with its furniture specially
commissioned by David Linley, seats fourteen people boardroom
style and is equipped with overhead projector, projector screen,
flipcharts and conference telephone and Broadband Wireless. Additional
equipment is available by prior arrangement. A day delegate rate
and a 24-hour rate are available and Myres can specially tailor
a package to suit your business requirements. There are also a
number of public rooms including a library, study, drawing room,
dining room and billiard room. A marquee lawn is located to the
front of the castle and will accommodate a marquee to a maximum
of 200 persons suiting larger events, product launches and corporate
hospitality.
Team
bonding/relaxation: Myres Castle can arrange many additional
activities to compliment your meeting. There are many activities
in the grounds of the castle from tennis, badminton, croquet,
clay pigeon shooting, archery, falconry, off road driving with
JCB and Quad bikes. There are 100 golf courses within one hour's
drive, notably St. Andrews, Carnoustie, Kingsbarns, Ladybank and
Gleneagles. Plus country pursuits - stalking, shooting and fishing,
dependent on season. And in the evening, the hotel can organise
whisky tasting, a ceilidh with traditional music and dancing.
Transport: 45 minutes drive from Edinburgh Airport, 30 minutes drive from
Dundee Airport. Private jet to St Andrews Leuchars airfield. Transfer
by helicopter to the castle's helipad.
