of 20 for board room meetings and 40 theatre style. The sitting
room adjoining the Sun Room is a perfect break-out room. It can
serve as a welcome area, a registration point or coffee break
area.
Dining: The main dining room will seat 40 and the smaller, private
dining room 20. Dinner at Greywalls is an elegant, formal meal
with starched white linen, sparkling silver and glass and friendly
professional waiting staff. With a short, regularly changing menu,
the dedicated team of chefs in Greywalls uses the best fresh local
produce with flair and imagination.
Team bonding/relaxation: Apart from golf, there is tennis
and putting at the house, Greywall's location makes it ideal for
walking, cycling and birdwatching. The Bass Rock with its famous
gannet colonies and the award winning Scottish seabird Centre
at North Berwick are easily accessible. The arrival of Concorde
at the Museum of Flight in East Fortune has made it a 'must see'
attraction. Microlight flights are also bookable at the small
East Fortune Airport. The beaches and cliff top walks of East
Lothian provide a wonderful way to explore some of Scotland's
east coast countryside.
Transport: Greywalls is located just 40 minutes from Edinburgh International
Airport. The hotel is within a few minutes drive of the main A1
arterial road linking Edinburgh with the North of England. A ninety
minute drive will take to you Glasgow, Gleneagles or St Andrews.
