Thanks to a ready supply of the best of Scottish produce and an enthusiastic brigade in the kitchen, Airds has an enviable reputation as one of Scotland's best restaurants.

Three AA rosettes provide the assurance that only the best will do for our Fellow Master Chef of Great Britain, Robert MacPherson.

Robert has developed a reputation of international acclaim and our guests at Airds delight in the dishes inspired by our chef's enthusiasm for Scotland's wonderful larder.

The dinner menu changes daily and the restaurant at Airds is also open for lunch. In fine weather guests can enjoy a light lunch in the garden or the conservatory.

Afternoon tea is offered daily in the lounges, garden or the conservatory.

The cuisine at Airds Hotel is complimented by an impressive wine list which includes excellent vintages from the best growers and negociants.

The cellar includes many affordable priced classics, both bottles and half bottles.

The restaurant is open to non-residents daily for lunch and dinner, whilst afternoon tea can be taken in the other public areas.
